We at Construction Photography are proud to announce the re-launch of our main on-line portal, boasting a range of new features and the latest in customer enhancements.
After months of hard work in the development stages followed by rigorous testing and fine tuning, the new website is ready to give customers a better on-line shopping experience. New features include new lightbox 'drag and drop' functionality (pictured), hover-over image previews, RF CD Store, improved search functionality, new contributors information and a whole new look.
"I am really pleased with the look of our new website", commented Jean-Francois Cardella, Managing Director of Construction Photography. "What pleases me more is the enhanced experience our customers can expect. We are a specialist library with a niche market yet we provide an industry-leading on-line experience combined with personable customer service. I am really delighted and excited by our cutting-edge product."
The website has proved very successful with our customers and The Data Archive (our main company) has already signed several clients including medium size professional image libraries and several large corporations who want to better manage their media and visual content with our powerful sftware and industry standard hosting facility.
Construction Photography is delighted to have been appointed as a judge in the Gardiner & Theobald Art & Work Awards 2008.
Hoping to unearth new creative talent from underneath the sea of emails, client deadlines and long hours we all suffer, Gardiner & Theobald's internal competition has produced a variety of entries, which have been both unusual and inspiring. Entries ranged from photographs to drawing to oil paintings, and has proved that art has its place in the working environment.
The Art & Work Awards are presented every two years for outstanding achievement in the use of art in the workplace. Previous Art & Work Awards have been won by a wide range of organisations, including Arup, BAA, Canary Wharf Group, IBM and Pfizer.
"The quality of the art was incredible." declared Jean-Francois Cardella, Managing Director of Construction Photography. "It was a really tough decision to choose just three pieces from such a high quality field, and I am sure that the winning entries will have every chance of success in the national competition. G&T should be proud that their staff posesses such undisputed artistic talent. Good luck!"
The awards will be presented at an Awards Dinner to be held in The Great Room at Christie's in London later this year.
